This policy explains how PayStubIQ collects, uses, and shares information when you use paystubiq.com. PayStubIQ is designed to provide calculator results without account registration. We do not ask visitors to upload paystubs or provide Social Security numbers, bank details, or employer credentials.

Calculator inputs

Calculator inputs are processed in your browser to show estimates. Selected paycheck-calculator inputs may be stored in your browser's local storage so your settings remain available on a later visit. You can remove them by clearing site data in your browser. PayStubIQ does not operate a user-account database for calculator entries.

Some pages may include values in the page URL when a visitor follows a calculator handoff link, such as gross pay or selected state. Avoid sharing a URL if it contains information you consider private.

Operational data

Hosting, security, analytics, and performance systems may process standard technical information such as IP address, device type, browser type, referring page, timestamp, pages visited, and basic interaction events. We use this information to maintain the site, identify errors, understand aggregate usage, and improve calculator flows.

You can withdraw or change consent at any time using the control below. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before the change.

United States state privacy rights

PayStubIQ is a general-audience financial planning site and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
